森科营造的主要业务包括“智库+设计”两大版块。
森科营造成立于1997年，经过20余年的努力和积累，现已逐步发展为一个人员与机制健全的综合设计机构（现拥有建筑工程设计甲级、城市规划编制乙级资质）设计涵盖公共文化建筑、教育教学建筑、商业办公建筑、健康医疗建筑、大型住宅社区及城市设计与片区规划等众多业务领域。同时森科营造结合自己在设计领域的优势及资源，以“谋划”、“策划”、“筹划”等策略帮助政府、企事业单位在项目选址、项目策划等领域展开项目智库业务。
